Use POS to lock in exact placements and CHAR to track the total number of correct letters. If CHAR is high but POS is low, you have the right letters in the wrong spots, so try rearranging them on the next guess.
Start with a word that covers common letters and a mix of vowels. Then react to POS and CHAR quickly. If you learn that several letters are not present, avoid them on the next guess and test new combinations. Keep your guesses meaningful and avoid repeating the same letters in the same positions unless POS suggests you are close.
